Federation of Cambodian Intellectuals and Students (FedCIS) is a non-governmental organization (NGO), not for profit, independent and non racism or colours, non religious and non¬partisan organization. It is created to represent students and intellectuals of Cambodia. It aims at protecting and serving legal interests of Cambodian Intellectuals and Students and for national society of Cambodia as a whole.
